Ah! Perfect Timing!

Hey guys, happy Thursday. .
I do not know if it’s just me, but I honestly forgot it was still winter until a few minutes ago. That was perfect timing. Okay, not really what I meant by perfect timing.
I do not know how many of you know how old I am or what grade I am in. I am a senior in high school, and that means around this time is a big deal for seniors. it is now time to pick colleges.
The idea of going off on my own and cooking for myself is scary. This is because I can only chef up a few meals: pizza, mac and cheese, and grilled cheese. I do not really know how to cook anything harder than mac and cheese. But I have to go to college and cook for myself. I could stay close to home and eat whatever my mom makes if I commute. So, for me, I have three colleges I have been considering. The University of Akron, The Ohio State University (however, my first year would be at a side campus because I am not smart enough for main yet.) Or Grace College.
Akron is close enough that I could commute, Ohio State is close to my friends down there, but Grace is in the middle of nowhere, I know a few students there, but that is it.
This week my parents have really been pushing for me to pick a college. So, I decided to start praying about it. On Wednesday I was driving to my first class of the day really praying and just asking for God for more clarity on where I should go. Within seconds of me asking, I received an email from Grace college saying that they dropped the deposit price. This seemed like a pretty clear sign to me.
I have been really hesitant about committing to what school I want to go to. But I think God was very clear on this one. And just like I talked about last week, and how He might not answer your prayer on the spot; He might make you wait, or just say no. Here is an answer immediately. This is Because His timing is PERFECT. Lamentations 3:25-26 says,
“The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him,
to the one who seeks him;
it is good to wait quietly
for the salvation of the Lord.”
This verse remains true because our LORD IS GOOD! I hope all of you have a fantastic week and remember that God’s timing for everything is beyond perfect!
Thanks for popping in,
Raegan
